I am worried about my health because of underneath work stress and family problems. Want to relax . Suggest me some tips.
Hi dear,
1.Sleep is the best answer and solution…
2.Talking about your problem with family members may help resolve it quickly.
3.There are some people in life who are overly sensitive and tend to take remarks that are made and turn them into a personal attack.
3.Eat three times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner regularly. do not skip meals. then don’t eat too much, i mean keep your meals balanced.
4. Finally don’t worry about anything take things positive and don’t think too much and spoil ur health……… do ur best god will the take the rest of your life
Take it easy! There’s no point killing yourself over work etc. Get well!

A massage can do wonders. Lots of people carry their stress and tension in their trapezius muscle, which can lead to headaches.
Soak in the bath. Put on relaxing music, light candles, have a little ‘me’ time.
Give yourself fifteen minutes every day to relax at work. If you get a lunch break this is a good time to do it. Shut out the world, close your eyes, and picture something peaceful. Pop in your iPod, or even sit outside while you eat if that is an option.
A quick walk to start your day will help you feel fresh. You can also do this at work, it’s as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevators. Exercising gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy.
If you have a boyfriend or a husband schedule some alone time and have sex. Don’t take your work to bed, make sure it’s just about you, him, and feeling good.
If you’re single, orgasm by yourself. Masturbation is not only relaxing, but it’s a good way to learn what you like and how your body works.
Eating healthy, working out, and sleeping right will all help lower stress.
Learn how to time manage. If you don’f feel like there are enough hours in the day learn how to set priorities. You don’t need to mop the floor every day, but you do need to eat dinner. Mop every few days when it needs it, and spend a little extra time cooking something yummy and healthy.
You can see a counselor if you are having trouble coping.
Have a girls day once a month, once a week, whenever works. Grab your best friend and do something you both like. No husbands, no kids. Go for a walk, go see a movie, go do something fun that doesn’t require too much planning, money, or thinking.
Listen to music.
Meditate and practice your breathing.
Do yoga.
Anything that works for you
Life is too short to stress the small stuff

Stress comes from your work and home environments. You are unable to control these stressors, but you are able to control the way you handle stress.
Try taking a break when work gets to be overwhelming or get help to tackle the problem. Confront the problems instead of trying to avoid them.
You can also take a stress management class. Most companies offer it.

Keep a journal. Write down all your feelings, this is really good for clearing out your anxieties and getting all your
war onto paper. You can delete it straight after if you need to, it’s just good to really see your stressful thinking.
You could try Byron Katie’s "The Work" - I found this fantastic - I can’t recommend it highly enough! She is in on youtube or on her website.
If you get panic attacks, try the free emails from the panicaway website - these are very helpful.
Try reading Patrick Holford’s "Low GI diet" - blood sugar imbalances can cause havoc with your body and symptoms include depression, mood swings, tiredness, drowsiness after eating, cravings for sweet foods, headaches, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, agrressive outbursts, crying spells, excessive sweating, dizziness and trembling.
Suggested reading for any stress:
"Happiness is a choice" by Barry Neils Kauffman
"Loving What Is" by Byron Katie
"The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz
