Thanks a lot for the good video.
Actually I’ve been thinking a lot like what’s said in this video. I found recently myself feel much less stressful and much more positive things around me when I pay attention to my physical health, working out, caring about my diet and good sleep, etc. This video convinced me that caring about my physical condition is important for my mental health.

I can’t feel stress anymore, the only stress-like feeling i still have are…*cough* strong sexual urges *cough*
anyway, this turned me into a real lazy bum, but i couldn’t really care less about that
I’ve noticed stress …
I’ve noticed stress can be transfered to children, and even cause night terrors in toddlers. My nephew has gotten them recently, and the only two incidents in my mind that tie it to his tremors, is his Father/aunt fighting with his mother, since she has full time custody of him.
Terrors are freaky for people to witness if they don’t know what they are. For a few monents, I had thought he had a seizure. I really think it’s from the stress of the move, and the arguing.
What do you think?

Thanks Vince, I …
Thanks Vince, I hadn’t thought about self-created stress as a factor but it makes perfect sense. I had always thought of stress as always being something outside.
