Too often, speech therapists insist on the importance of articulating and opening the mouth wide, but this is not good advice. On the contrary, native speakers don't do that and speak effortlessly, with a minimum of mouth movements. That's the way I learnt American English, by speaking as naturally and effortlessly as possible and the rest is good!</description>
