I have been having a few problems with some things can you help?
Ok, so first i have these random attacks, usually when i’m excited or happy, i get light headed and have shortness of breath, i feel very jittery and can’t calm down
Second issue, i get really stressed over things that wouldn’t bother other people. Any tips?
Third Issue- i’m always tired and have no energy for anything at all. I don’t get excited unless i have one of my freaky attacks.
Any tips? Thanks so much and sorry for all the info.
Sounds like a typical sensitive teenage girl with strong emotions and cranky hormones.
You’re fine. The emotion of joy should make you feel out of this world. To be high on life makes all of us lightheaded, short of breath and jittery. There are emotions that purely overwhelm our limited human psyche, joy is one of them.
To manage stress, quit dwelling on the problem and get into the solution. Stop the negative thoughts and concentrate on the positive.
Tiredness, lethargy? Teens need more sleep than anyone except newborns and toddlers. You burn energy from morning til bedtime and even during your sleep. You spend 8-10 hours a day getting ready for school, being transported to school, doing school; and then you might have extracurricular activities or sports, afterschool functions, going home, chores and homework and then probably never get to sleep on time. And you probably don’t eat the way you should either. No wonder weekends feel so boring, you don’t know how to relax.
That’s your prescription: relax, think positive, and feel your pain and joy to the ultimate degrees.
