Obama is feeling the pressure of having to grow up. He is now the leader of the greatest country in the world.
He is feeling the pressure of making decisions, something he has never done before. So far he is not fairing so well.
Obama feeds on people "loving" him. He cannot take criticism, or negative comments.
He needs to take some lessons from Bush on this. He took a lot of criticism and survived it, I guess Obama could too.

If you mean "experience working behind enemy lines" as Obama’s reaching out with sincerity to the GOP members of congress who have rudely insulted him (and every other citizen of the USA) then yeah, he probably does have PTSD.
